Ellie Scott was joined by Philip Bell and Tina Hollis who have been running their salons for several years. Philip owner of Ishoka in Aberdeen first opened his business 36 years ago – wowza! And, Tina Hollis, owner of T2 Hair & Beauty in Kent which is now in its 16th year of trading. We discuss how the industry has evolved over this time and how their businesses have had to adapt to relocations, trends, staff and the big Covid.
