Equally Tim travels extensively as an ambassador for Schwarzkopf Professional, as Blonde Ambassador specifically. In a conversation between Tim and Respectfully host Nicky Pope, you will discover more about Tim’s preoccupation with blonde services and how they can help build business, even in tough times.

Blonding services

Tim is an innovator, a reinventor – someone who remains fresh and forward facing. He uses his skill in cutting and colouring to predict and lean into the way the consumer will select looks and trends they love. After the budget of 2024, faced with a massive hike in salon costs primarily though employment costs, Tim has redefined his pricing structure for blonding services. It has proved a pivotal, and profitable decision. Enjoy the conversation and you’ll also be interested by the advice shared.

EP 157 – Chloe Heyworth shares the art behind scalp micro-pigmentation https://hairclips.tv/podcast/ep-157-chloe-heyworth-shares-the-art-behind-scalp-micro-pigmentation/ https://hairclips.tv/podcast/ep-157-chloe-heyworth-shares-the-art-behind-scalp-micro-pigmentation/#respond Thu, 02 Apr 2026 11:31:05 +0000 https://hairclips.tv/?post_type=podcast&p=4238 Chloe Heyworth runs Micro Artistry, an award-winning Hair Clinic in Somerset. She’s a qualified trichologist and mult-award-winning scalp micropigmentation artist. In this podcast, she shares details of her career choice with Respectfully host Nicky Pope, as well as explaining exactly what her work entails.

Female hair loss is still under-discussed in the hair and beauty industry says Chloe. For the most part, attention goes to topical solutions and product-led routines. But services including scalp micro pigmentation (SMP) can be a powerful, low-impact alternative that restore confidence without ongoing consumption.

Chloe Heyworth with Nicky Pope
Chloe Heyworth with Nicky Pope in the Respectfully studio

Chloe says: “Unlike many cosmetic approaches, SMP is long-lasting, minimal-waste, and ethically performed. A single treatment can replace years of reliance on hair-thickening products, concealers, and temporary solutions—making it a sustainable, high-impact option for clients.” Listen to the conversation to find out more.

Hair loss solutions

Over years of study and practice, Chloe has acquired a portfolio of solutions for hair loss which she offers through her Micro Artistry Hair Clinic. During the podcast you’ll hear about several…

Scalp micro pigmentation (SMP) is a form of tattooing on the scalp to replicate hair follicles. Chloe trained to Level 4 with the Finishing Touches group in the UK where she learned the ‘art’ of micro-pigmentation which as well as for being for scalps, can include cosmetic purposes such as permanent eyeliner, lip-blush and eyebrow tattooing. She works closely with both hairdressers and medical services. Other services include Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), and working with serums derived from stem cells applied through micro-needling.

The benefits of Chloe’s work are far-reaching and the services offered can be beneficial for many reasons, from adding density to the appearance of thinning hair, and to create the look of a shaved head for someone with pattern hair loss. Equally where circumstances make it suitable, then working with PRP, or stem cell serums might be more appropriate.

Debbie Gee for Respectfully podcast
Debbie Gee: Ambassador for Schwarzkopf Professional

All about Debbie Gee

Bouncing from 20 years as Creative Director at Vidal Sassoon London Schools into a career as an independent educator, Debbie is as grounded and open-minded as anyone needs to be in modern times. Together with husband and business partner Billi Currie, Debbie runs a boutique hair salon in London’s Marylebone area. But still teaches where possible. An Ambassador for Schwarzkopf Professional UK, and a stalwart of the Fellowship, Debbie is constantly teaching courses and seminars. Precision cutting is her forte, she tells us. Clarity, compassion and vision seems to be her signature style.

Shaping futures

On a recently trip the Philippines, Debbie joined the Shaping Futures programme for two weeks, on behalf of Schwarzkopf Professional. Her work supporting the training of socially disadvantaged young adults to become hairdressers was emotional and empowering. Listen to Debbie recount the experience – it’s uplifting and motivating for sure!
